VanityGen Tools provides a service for generating custom Bitcoin vanity addresses. We generate addresses based on your specifications and deliver the private keys securely to your email address.

Our service allows you to create Bitcoin addresses that begin with your chosen characters or words, making them more recognizable and personalized while maintaining the same security as standard Bitcoin addresses.

When using our service, you agree to the following:

• You must provide a valid email address to receive your private keys
• You are responsible for keeping your private keys secure once received
• You understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
• You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise the security of our service
• You are responsible for ensuring that your use of vanity addresses complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Our payment structure is based on the complexity of the vanity address requested:

• Addresses with prefixes up to 3 characters are generated free of charge
• Longer prefixes require payment in Bitcoin before generation begins
• Payments are non-refundable once the generation process has started
• Prices are subject to change without notice

All payments must be made to the Bitcoin address provided during the order process. We do not accept any other form of payment.

Our service has the following limitations:

• Maximum of 5 requests per email address per 24 hours
• Generation time varies based on prefix length and complexity
• We do not guarantee specific generation timeframes
• The maximum prefix length we support is 8 characters
• We generate only legacy Bitcoin addresses (starting with "1")
• Certain characters (0, O, I, l) are excluded due to visual similarity

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at our discretion, particularly if we suspect the service is being used for illegal purposes.

We take security seriously and implement the following measures:

• Private keys are generated securely and sent only to your email
• We do not store private keys after sending them
• We recommend transferring funds to a new address after receiving your vanity address
• Email addresses are stored temporarily and deleted after 7 days

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.

While we make every effort to ensure the security of our generation process, we make no warranties regarding:

• The security of the Bitcoin network
• The value or stability of Bitcoin
• The continued availability of our service
• The complete security of email transmission

VanityGen Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific vanity address generation in question.

We are not responsible for:

• Lost or stolen Bitcoin
• Transactions sent to incorrect addresses
• Delays in the Bitcoin network
• Loss of access to your email account after keys are delivered
